Cat-Camel exercise

The Cat-camel stretch is a really effective exercise for your back, and has brilliant outcomes for those with mid to low back pain.

It gaps the spine and mobilises the joints and tissues in your back region. It is back friendly as it essentially removes the body weight through the spine.

I would recommend 10 reps, however you should only work to your tolerance levels. Give it a go next time you have a stiff back!
