Pec stretch

This stretch mainly works the minor division of the pec muscle.

The pec muscles are usually tight in those that have upper cross posture (rounded shoulders & hunched upper back), usually affecting office workers and avid device users. This stretch works both sides, only takes 30 seconds and is good for releasing tightness and lengthening the muscle.
